To deliver food court sales and incomes to achieve target, select food court vendors, and also make a right offering of both food court vendors and shoppers.
To utilize the analysis of food categories (tenant analysis) to accomplish strategies and action plans to increase growth from existing tenants, maintain occupancy rate, strengthen team relationship, and acquire better / new tenants to match customer needs.
Accountable for specific project “Horizon” deliverables and support for overall project delivering.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน
Bachelor’s degree in related field such as International Business, Marketing, Food Science and Hotel Management
Experience in Mall Manager, Food Manager, Event and Banquet Manager
Good analytical skill and initiative
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good management skill, Good command of English and computer literacy
Able to travel alone throughout Thailand
