Perform installation, configuration and upgrade Windows Operating System (NT and Later).
Prepare Virtual Machine for test environment
Designing and implementing system all the user requirements.
Resolve incident escalations from first level.
Monitoring and performance tuning Solutions for improving Windows system.
Perform migration, maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting the server infrastructure.
Handle technical escalations from customers, other teams.
Document process and procedures related to systems administration, Update user’s manuals, and technical manuals as necessary
Training and assistance to end users and IT personnel.
Escalate case to MA vendor as required

Minimum 3 years experience in server administrationWindows Platform / AIX Platform/ Solaris Platform
Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Experience in, and knowledge of installation, configuration, monitoring and trouble shooting
Experience in, and knowledge of Virtual Machine (VMWare) and SAN Storage
Being able to create scripts for task automation
Being able to document process and procedures related to systems administration, update user’s manuals, and technical manuals as necessary
Being able to train and assist to end users and IT personnel
