Involved in all requirement discussions with business team and corresponding stakeholders;
Write business requirements; develop, document and maintain detailed functional specifications;
Proactively follow up on any changes or feedback from any stakeholders to update the missing information in the detailed functional specification;
Help research, develop and utilize appropriate testing techniques and approaches with senior test engineer and test manager corresponding to project assigned;
Track and evaluate the test quality as to defects found, test coverage, and create performance metrics reports for the test manager;
Track and enhance the test team working process under the direction of the test manager;
Be a knowledge pool of projects assigned to the test team
Research new testing techniques and make recommendations to the test manager;
Research and follow the trends of website and mobile technology across various internet browsers and mobile platforms.
