You will manage a large number of Windows systems, both physical and virtual, in a 24×7 manufacturing environment across APAC region. You will be responsible, as part of a team, for the day-to-day support of these systems and project implementations for 6 manufacturing sites in APAC region.
Responsible for managing critical Windows / VMWare systems in a 24×7 environment.
Perform systems administration tasks such as providing technical support, installation, configuration and upgrades of OS and middleware software.
Document systems and system changes.
Work with external suppliers to address technical issues.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology changes.
Implement approved projects.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in a mission-critical environment.
Degree holder (Bachelor or higher) in Computer Sciences or related fields.
Expert knowledge of Ms Windows (Windows Server 2003, 2008, Windows 7), SCCM/WSUS, Microsoft AD technology, MSMQ, McAfee ePO, VMware vSphere4.1 – [certification required].
Experience in IT security and IT capacity management.
Pro-active attitude – takes away risks before they emerge as incidents or problems thereby preventing business disruption.
Strong communication and analytical skills and ability to carry-out root cause analysis and produce RCA report.
Strong English communication skills are required both orally and in writing
Good documentation skills.
ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
