รายละเอียดของงาน
Provide support and maintenance for PC hardware / Network / Application and Operating system on daily basic
Installation and configuration PC and software
Perform Daily Backups
Maintain HW/SW inventory
Self analyze technical issue and proactive to present solution to management team
Provide IT service and support all users in the computer problem
Perform software and hardware installation, maintenance, backup and recovery, troubleshooting, patch deployment
Execute corporate security related standards and procedures and prepare evidences
Provide support of desktops, laptop, printer, scanner, camera, et.
IT Inventory management i.e. Desktop, Laptop, Print and all IT equipment
Technical administration support on System / Network, User accounts, Virus-scanned software and Asset Inventory
Regularly maintain data/file automated backup and security routines
Regularly monitor networks for performance and capacity review
Coordinate/implement key IT projects to meet schedule set
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน
Male Age between 23-30 years old
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related fields
0-3 years experience in supporting computer client hardware and software
Knowledge in Computer Hardware and maintenance
Self-motivated, active and hard-working
